Delivery receipt and alternate recipients
- Please ensure that the delivery address, phone number, and recipient details are accurate at checkout.
- If you nominate an alternate recipient such as a family member, neighbour, or colleague, delivery acknowledgement by that person may be treated as successful receipt of the order.
- The store cannot take responsibility for orders signed for or accepted by an alternate recipient arranged by the customer.
Delays, serviceability, and shipping exceptions
